1984年，恒泰集团旗下的旗舰餐饮品牌雅琼海鲜酒家正式成立，肩负起服务社区的历史使命，提供全天候24小时不间断的优质餐饮服务。作为唯一一家提供此服务的华人餐厅，雅琼至今仍在延续这一传统，成为世嘉堡社区生活和文化不可或缺的一部分，象征着恒泰集团对社区服务的承诺与实践。
进入21世纪初期，恒泰集团迎来了业务快速扩张的时代。凭借雅琼海鲜酒家在社区中积累的深厚根基，集团逐渐探索新的服务领域，拓展至医疗、心理、金融、广告营销、法律等方向。这一阶段的战略性扩展，为恒泰集团奠定了成为多元化服务提供者的基础。
在千禧年初期，恒泰集团成立了加康物理治疗中心，标志着集团正式进入医疗健康领域。加康物理治疗中心的成立响应了社区对优质物理治疗服务的迫切需求，逐步建立了自身的专业服务体系，始终致力于提升整体医疗质量和服务水平。
2012年，加康物理治疗中心在3447 Kennedy Rd, Unit 107-108设立了独立的物理治疗诊所，标志着其从社区初创服务机构向具备独立医疗设施和全面服务能力的转变。这一发展是加康的关键里程碑，为患者提供更加便捷和舒适的治疗环境，促进了其在医疗服务领域的进一步专业化。
2021年，新冠疫情的全球蔓延给各行各业带来了巨大挑战。面对这一严峻局势，加康物理治疗中心迅速应对，不仅保持了服务的连续性，还积极组织为社区和医院提供捐赠活动。与此同时，恒泰斥资购入了位于Scarborough & Markham之间的地标性建筑，体现了恒泰集团在专业服务领域的坚定承诺。新设施为未来的客户提供了更为宽敞和现代化的治疗环境，彰显了恒泰集团的长期发展愿景。
2023 8月1日，恒泰集团的新大楼于20 Bamburgh Circle正式开业。这座建筑由意大利知名建筑商John Boddy Homes于1988年建造，位于Scarborough & Markham的核心地段。新大楼的落成不仅使加康医疗体系的规模扩大为原来的八倍，还特别设置了无障碍通道和电梯，确保每位客户都能顺畅进入。此外，新的办公大楼采用中世纪典雅设计风格，为客户提供宽敞且温馨的环境，并配备最先进的治疗和办公设备，以保障每位客户能够享受最高水准的服务体验
